Job Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will research, develop, and implement recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for our organization.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process
  • Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization
  • Screens applications and select qualified candidates
  • Schedules interviews, oversees preparation of interview questions and other selection material

Job Title:  Director of Sales

Reports To:  President/Vice President               Status:  Salary; Exempt                       Shift:  Full-time

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Sales teams’ operations and strategies. By researching market trends and conducting competitor analysis, you will develop and implement sales strategies.

  • Prepare maintenance proposals upon customer requests
  • Prepare proposals from various maintenance tracking programs
  • Consistently maintain quota for proposals generated and capture aircraft maintenance, repairs and inspections
  • Follow up systematically on all leads provided and capture data on owners and pilots
  • Strong focus on growing our customer and vendor relationships
  • Prepare work scope package once a proposal is captured to include, signed work order authorization, deposit and completed checklist

Qualifications:

Job Title:  Materials Specialist   

Reports To:  Parts Manager

Status:  Hourly; Nonexempt

Shift:  Full-time; Dayshift; Weekdays

Location:  Opa Locka, Florida (OPF)

Job Summary:

The Materials Specialist is responsible for placing purchase orders, coordinating delivery schedules, ensuring a quality product, negotiating pricing for materials and services, fulfilling parts orders, maintaining tool control, preparing parts for shipping and/or receiving incoming shipments.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • None

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Purchase materials required by the facility.
  • Stock supply vending machine.
  • Track and organize calibration certificates and data entry into Corridor as well as a back-up Excel file.
  • Set up on site calibration / send items to calibration facility for calibration outside of bi-annual calibration cycle.
  • Organize tooling, make sure all tooling is in proper condition, set up tooling repairs as required.
  • Set up repair and overhaul with appropriate facilities.
  • Monitor cost/profit of parts, freight, and all related materials.
  • Handle all issues related with uniforms.
  • Prepare outside sales quotes, sales orders, and invoicing.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Advanced knowledge of materials, shipping, receiving, or warehousing
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor others.
  • Proven ability to manage independent projects and meet deadlines in a fast‐paced environment.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Two years’ experience in aviation materials handling is required; Three (3) years prior experience in aviation materials, shipping, receiving, or warehousing preferred.

  • Willing and able to work Full-time, dayshift, weekdays
  • Willing and able to be on call for work during rotating holiday and weekend shifts

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to stand 50% of the time
  • Must be able to sit 50% of the time.

Job Title:  A&P Technician

Reports To:  OPERATIONS MGR

Status:  Hourly; Nonexempt     Shift:  Full-time; Dayshift; Weekdays     OR     2nd Shift & Weekends

Job Summary:

The A&P Tech will maintain, repair, and inspect aircraft to ensure safe operations within guidelines set by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • None

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Performs regular maintenance on aircraft
  • Ensures proper working conditions of mechanical systems before flight
  • Develops and maintains records of maintenance, repairs, inspections, and any reports related to parts or services
  • Inspects and examines engines, wings, propellers, tails, and other parts to identify cracks, corrosion, or other defects
  • Inspects hoses and lubricates joints; replaces any that show signs of needing repair
  • Consults maintenance manuals and specifications to identify correct operations and specifications for replacements or repairs
  • Installs new parts to replace or repair defective or recalled parts or to enhance the performance of the aircraft; performs these tasks efficiently and to specifications
  • Repairs sheet metal as needed
  • Ensures proper function of engines and operating systems via a variety of tests and tools
  • Identifies and resolves mechanical problems based on visual inspections or reports from pilot or crew
  • Collaborates, as needed, with airframe and power plant (A&P) mechanics or other appropriate personnel to repair engines and non-instrumental parts
  • Additional duties as deemed necessary and assigned

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Must bring own tools
  • Able to speak, write and read English with sufficient oral and verbal communication skills to discuss equipment malfunctions and complete reports
  • Minimum 3 years experience preferred
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in working through specially designed airframe, engine and undercarriage openings while standing on ladders or scaffolds; to use hoists and lifts; required precision instruments and other necessary tools
  • Thorough understanding of tools and testing methods used to ensure proper functioning of an aircraft and its parts, systems, and mechanics
  • Ability to read, comprehend, and adhere to manual instructions to resolve complex mechanical issues
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software used to complete and maintain records
  • Detail-oriented with mechanical inclination
  • Superior and careful workmanship
  • Ability to perform consistently under stressful conditions
  • Ability to perform basic inspections and repairs
  • Ability to learn new skills and methods of repairs

Education and Experience:

  • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Completion of an FAA-accredited technical school program with a minimum of 1,900 actual class hours required.
  • A&P Mechanic Certification by the FAA required
  • Phenom trained preferred
  • Experience with Gulfstream, Challenger, Falcon and Hawker aircraft preferred

Job Title:  Part 135 Pilot

Reports To:  Director of Operations – Part 135          Status:  Salary; Exempt          Shift:  Full-time

Location:  Boca Raton, Florida (BCT)

Job Summary:

The Dassault Falcon 50 Pilot is responsible to provide diverse and varied flying experience throughout the Pacific Northwest with exposure to the travel and tourism industry, and its various responsibilities, in a Part 135 Operation.  They will perform in a dynamic and flexible work environment, allowing for self-directed growth and professional development opportunities while learning on the job and utilizing best practices in airline travel, transportation, and customer service.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • None

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • All pre-flight, in-flight, and post flight functions, such as: pre-flight aircraft inspections, weather evaluation, flight planning and implementation of crew and passenger transportation, loading of luggage and cargo, flying, post-flight inspections, aircraft cleaning and security
  • Reviewing and calculating the aircraft weight and balance, fuel on board and performance charts
  • Communicate aircraft discrepancies for maintenance review and correction
  • Confidently pilot the aircraft during visual and instrument conditions in both remote and congested airspace
  • Knowledgeable of FARs, familiarity with 135 General Operations Manuals, Operations Specifications, and other technical and regulatory publications
  • Maintain a high degree of proficiency concerning aircraft systems and performance knowledge and ensuring that aircraft are operated in a safe and efficient manner
  • Provide excellent customer service to passengers. Studying weather conditions at destination, enroute, alternate airports and departure points. Maintain an aircraft that is clean and prepared for flight with all provisions on board for the safety and comfort of the passengers
  • Maintain required FAA certifications and comply with all Federal Aviation regulations, company operations manual, operations specifications, standard operating procedures and company policies and procedures
  • Must be able to pass DOT/FAA drug screening, background checks, and submit to random drug/alcohol tests when required
  • Perform duties in a West Coast Operation with CRQ as Home Base
  • Additional duties as deemed necessary and assigned

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Meet the requirements of 14 CFR Part 135
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Proficiency with computers and flight planning software and demonstrated ability to utilize Garmin DTN 750’s
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, and the ability to function well under pressure

Education and Experience:

  • Current Commercial Pilot Certification required
  • Minimum of 3 years prior Part 135 experience preferred
  • Previous Dassault Falcon 50 experience highly preferred
